All products are organic botanicals (Moringa Powder and Dried Blue Lotus Flowers) sourced from Sri Lanka. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a healthcare professional before using any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication.
3. Pricing and payment

- Prices may change without notice
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe
- We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
- Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment
4. Shipping
- We ship globally to 40+ countries
- Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout
- We are not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or delays caused by customs
- Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier
5. Returns and refunds
Our returns policy is outlined separately at glourra.com/legal/returns. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened products. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
